How does the credit system work?

Credits are renewed every month and expire when the subscription ends. If at the end of the month you have not used all of your subscription credits, the remaining credits roll over to the next month - so you can still use them.

I lost my credits. What should I do?

Credits can be lost only because your subscription has expired. The subscription renews automatically, please check if there are sufficient funds on your card.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept only credit cards for now. But we are in the process of implementing other payment systems for your comfort. We also can accept payments via Paypal, if you interested in this method please drop us a line at paypal@letsenhance.io.

I’ve accidentally bought another subscription. How can I change it?

We do not support automated plan change at the moment. So, If you want to change a plan, please cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to a new plan. If you bought a plan but you need more images, you can always buy additional images with bundles. If you have any struggles, don’t hesitate to contact us via email or chat-window in the right bottom corner.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you are able to cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. Your image credits will be lost along with your other membership benefits on the end on of the billing period.

Are there any limits on subscription?

You can upload up to 300 images per month of any size and the only one limit is 30 megapixels per one image.

How I will be charged?

Depends on the plan you’ve selected, you will be charged on the same day next month

Is it secure?

Absolutely, we do not store any data from your credit card. Our payment provider Stripe is secured as a federal bank

What if I need the plan with higher limits?
